Our History
ITPower was founded in 1996 as a software development company. Over the decades, it has specialized in software solutions for the insurance industry and has earned the trust of the market – today serving many of the world’s largest insurers such as Zurich, Aon, Caixa, and Sul América, among others.
In addition, ITPower’s solutions can also be customized for all industries according to the needs of each client and the particularities of each sector. We also serve players in the financial, agribusiness, retail and logistics markets, for example.
ITPower specializes in helping companies in their digital transformation process and our purpose is to continue driving the success of small and large companies, both national and international, through customized and innovative technological solutions.
Our Solutions
With expertise in everything related to software development and implementation, ITPower offers solutions ranging from mobile applications to business systems – with a focus on process automation, document storage and management, customer relationship management, and inventory management, among others. All solutions are customizable and meant to take the client on a digital development journey, aiming to eventually lead them to be fully automated and an expert in digital assets management.
IT Labs
IT Labs is a private initiative that aims to train young professionals in programming and technology. ITPower believes that the power of education can transform lives, and it was in the name of our commitment to developing the next generation of technology talent that we created IT Labs. The initiative was born out of a growing market need.
In May 2023, Google, in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Startups (Abstartups), released a study pointing out the main challenges facing the information technology (IT) market in Brazil: “The result is a shortage of 530,000 professionals, further highlighting the imbalance between job supply and available talent,” says Google. “Brazil’s lack of digital skills places it in third position among the G20 countries that most miss the opportunity to increase GDP.”
Since the launch of ITLab, we have trained more than 450 young technology enthusiasts. Our program covers everything from programming fundamentals to advanced software development topics, providing a solid foundation for future success in the industry.
